There are normally a couple of us who handle the support simultaneously. However, most of my support colleagues by chance took an extended 2 weeks leave simultaneously! leaving me to handle support by myself.

Anyway, point being, today there was a black hole in support where calls and emails were left unanswered for 30 minutes, here is the reason why…
