			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>One of my roles in my company(<a title="CareerHub Central" href="http://www.careerhub.com.au" target="_blank">CareerHub</a>) is to provide support to universities and employers who use our system. There are normally a couple of us who handle the support simultaneously. However, most of my support colleagues by chance took an extended 2 weeks leave simultaneously! leaving me to handle support by myself.</p>
<p>Anyway, point being, today there was a black hole in support where calls and emails were left unanswered for 30 minutes, here is the reason why&#8230;</p>
